DAVIE, Fla. — Authorities said two people standing and arguing on a highway ramp in Davie were fatally struck by a car. Florida Highway Patrol spokesman Sgt. Mark Wysocky said the man and woman were hit on the State Road 7 northbound ramp to Interstate 595.
